New life goal: become an ex-pat. I'll be returning to Denmark ASAP!

I've fallen head over heels in love with Copenhagen. This city is incredible. With the prevalence of bikes and dedicated bike lanes, delicious pastries, and just the Danish way of life in general (google "hygge"), I could 100% live here. 

If you know Toby and I, then you know that food is a big deal for us. Here in Copenhagen we found that no matter where we went, food is always fresh and locally sourced.

A new favorite: "Copenhagen Street Food" is an amazing market on Paper Island (Papirøen) inside a giant old warehouse. We found everything there - including an art installation by Yoko Ono.

The biggest surprise: the incredible quality and selection of food at every single 7 Eleven across Copenhagen. No, you didn't read that wrong, 7 Eleven!!! We went in for a drink and walked out with a game-changer. 7 Elevens here offer everything from hot lattes to traditional danish specialties and candy to the best croissants in the city to Toby's new favorite Cajun Chicken Wrap.

Also, let's discuss how the people of Copenhagen are all absolutely STUNNING. They're all tall and exude happiness and perfect health... and people-watching here has given both Toby and I some sort of complex. Plus, everyone we interacted with was ridiculously friendly. Viking blood, man!
